  • Selecting the correct protein food is very important. As you can pick up any animal protein rich food but it can also have a fat content, which might not suit your diet chart. So before you select the protein food you need to calculate the calories first.

They should always do a heavy breakfast, rich in protein, carbs and fats. Before their practice session they must have some energy rich snacks. In between the session and afterwards also they must drink water or energy rich drink.
  • Fitness people should ensure that they take mini meals at frequent interval of time. The meal should be rich in carbohydrate and protein and less in fat. They should drink lots of water and other drinks which are less in calorie. They can fix a set of diet for each meal and each day. Even there are many protein rich diet but they also need to check the calorie level as the animal products contains lots of fat. Also, when buying things at grocery shop or supermarket, remember to check the calorie content of the product.
  • Bodybuilding nutrition is also like the fitness workout nutrition, but they need to have more of protein rich food as the proteins are helpful for building muscles. Also, they can take food that is rich in fat but again it should the essential fat that is must for the health and muscle protection. They must take lots of water and other fluids.

Also you should not over do anything, if you are doing an intensive workout than you must also take sufficient nutrition and drink more and more fluids.
